Vodka Tonic

Ingredients

• 4 cl Vodka
• 10 cl Tonic Water
• 1 Slice Lemon Peel

Method

1. Wash and cut 1 wedge and 1 slice of lime or lemon.
2. Fill a tumbler with fresh ice.
3. Pour the desired dose of vodka and top up with the tonic.
4. Squeeze the lime wedge into the glass and decorate with the slice.
