Turf Cocktail

Ingredients

• 1 oz Dry Vermouth
• 1 oz Gin
• 1/4 tsp Anis
• 2 dashes Bitters
• Twist of Orange peel

Method

1. Stir all ingredients (except orange peel) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
2. Add the twist of orange peel and serve.
