An equal-parts modern classic with bourbon and bright citrus.

Ingredients

• 3/4 oz Bourbon
• 3/4 oz Aperol
• 3/4 oz Amaro Nonino
• 3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice

Method

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until properly chilled.
3. Fine strain into a chilled coupe.
4. Serve without garnish.
