Layered citrus and spice with all the ceremony, sans spirit.

Spirit: Zero Proof | Time: 5 min | Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients

• 1 oz Non-alcoholic aperitif
• 1 oz Non-alcoholic vermouth
• 1 oz Botanical spirit
• 1 strip Orange peel

Method

1. Add all liquid ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir for 20 seconds.
3. Strain over a large cube.
4. Express and place the orange peel.
