French Negroni

Ingredients

• 1 oz Gin
• 1 oz Lillet
• 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 1 Orange Peel

Method

1. Add ice to a shaker and pour in all ingredients.
2. Using a bar spoon, stir 40 to 45 revolutions or until thoroughly chilled.
3. Strain into a martini glass or over ice into a rocks glass.
4. Garnish with orange twist.
