Ingredients
- 5 cl Pisco
- 2.5 cl Lime Juice
- 2.5 cl Pineapple Syrup
- 1.5 cl St. Germain
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- Pinch Pepper
- 2 sprigs Lavender
Method
- Shake all ingredients.
- Double strain in a chilled double old fashioned glass with abig ice cube.
- Garnish with a couple of lavender sprigs.
