Ingredients

• 6 cl gin
• 2 dashes Peach Bitters
• 2 Fresh leaves Mint

Method

1. Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir.
3. Strain into a cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint in the drink.
