Dark & Stormy

Dark rum, sharp ginger, and lime over a tower of cold ice.

Spirit: Rum | Time: 4 min | Difficulty: Simple

Ingredients

• 2 oz Dark rum
• 4 oz Ginger beer
• 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
• 1 Lime wheel

Method

1. Fill a highball completely with ice.
2. Add ginger beer and lime juice.
3. Float dark rum over the top.
4. Give one gentle stir before drinking.
